Cancellation Policy: Because therapists cannot bill insurance for missed appointments, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If I don’t receive 24 hours notice, I will not be able to fill your time slot and, regretfully, must charge a $50 missed appointment fee. In the event that you don’t give 24 hours notice but I am still able to fill your time slot, I will gladly waive the $50 fee.
