An LPC or Licensed Professional Counselor is a masters level clinician licensed by the state of NJ who specializes in individual, couples and family counseling. As an LPC, I have over15 years experience helping clients face the challenges of living, working, and raising a family in today's fast-paced world. I use a humanistic approach to counseling and draw from such evidence-based models as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training. With compassion and understanding I invite my clients to reflect on their lives and relationships and actively work toward solutions, change, and personal growth.
